Parallels has finally released their tool for Windows 7

Parallels has finally released their tool for Windows 7 Desktop Upgrade designed to help users move from Windows XP to Windows 7. Available through Internet, Desktop Upgrade to Windows 7 allows users to update to Microsoft’s latest operating system while maintaining your applications, files and settings intact, and can be used both to update the same as moving from one computer to another.
From Parallels ensure that Desktop Upgrade to Windows 7 is “a safe and reliable for users of Windows XP or Windows Vista who want to move to Windows 7 and fear the process.”
The tool is designed to automate the upgrade process so that users only have to answer a few questions and the program do all the work.
After the upgrade users will find their old applications, but due to some compatibility problems some of these programs run inside a virtual machine. This, however, be transparent to the user who simply see how your application works as forever.
With the tool includes interactive tutorials that show users how to work with Windows 7.
Microsoft released free site with series and TV shows

In England, Microsoft launched an interesting experiment to compete squarely with the BBC. This is a significant change in the MSN Video Player, changing the format and including more than 1,000 hours of television programming.
Unlike the BBC iPlayer, the service promises to display content the same day they are issued and without paying a penny. The islanders who want to see a series of TV advertising will be only a first noninvasive 30 seconds.
According to the director of Microsoft in the UK, Ashleu Highfield, the system takes more than six months to test everything went well. Like any project of the Redmond company, use Silverlight to play the content, so technology that seeks to promote the company.

The four smart phones HTC Tilt (also known as HTC Kaiser), Niki, Vogue and Polaris are eligible for the hack. Still has the whole beta status are the two biggest bugs massive problems with Bluetooth and functioning after installing the new ROM.

Microsoft is pushing companies to rebel against Google

A case that has the air of revenge for the Redmond Company that has repeatedly been accused in recent years of abuse of dominance.
Google moreover suggested that Microsoft had prepared the plot that was because it became over time a competitor in many segments (online search and Web services, advertising, browser…).
